Been a while since I followed you guys. More clarification on the Pirate Princess. We saw a second neurologist yesterday. It is confirmed it is neurological and something she will have to deal with for a while. Not to be cryptic but it is not life threatening and she will be on meds and need monitoring for the foreseeable future. Still concerning but at least we have a plan in place to keep her healthy.

Also canceled the cruise. She has an internship over the summer at the Univ. of Miami Marine Science school and can't take that much time off. We still plan to go to Disney in June. Even if she isn't going, I am, so anyone that is at the World the first week of June, let me know.

Heard about the job a week ago. Lets just say they decided to go in another direction. I knew it wasn't going to happen about 15 minutes into the hour and 20 minute interview. My future boss's boss and I were not going to get along. He was a bit arrogant and I knew his management style was not going to work with me. More than likely I would not take the job if it was offered and am actually a bit relieved I didn't need to make that decision.

Won't try to catch up but if you posted something that made you laugh, consider me laughing with you (unless it was Jim then I am laughing at him), if you celebrated, I am celebrating and if you faced a challenge, my thoughts are with you.

Glad you have some answers, both about Crash and the job. Hope she can manage things in relatively good health.

Got some videos from our agency today of the kids. They look great. One of the videos has them speaking their names in English!

Good morning guys - 3 more days

I have to admit I am a little jealous. We have 161 days, but pretty much go from 80 degrees to 90 degrees on vacation. To be going now would be much better. Please leave some for us.

Yup, we are still planning on leaving in about 5 weeks

We are just waiting for the "official" date from the judge.

Grill still surrounded by ice here. Supposed to get 2-3 inches more of the white stuff overnight tonight. At least it usually goes away quickly at this time of year.

Anyone catch Fallon Monday night? I was a night behind, so I watched it last night. Steve Harvey had me rolling talking about WDW character breakfasts... said kids love watching Tigger when he's a tiny cartoon, but when they show up and Tigger's 6 ft tall, ... ha ha ha, I was laughing...

Upon further examanation I realized that I may have mis-worded that comment. I was the Interviewer not the Interviewee that being said it did go well and we picked 2 of them to hire. Now we are just waiting for HRO to actually hire them.

SO ahhhhhhh, which one was more painful?

I would have to say the dentist.... at least with the inlaws I can just go to BIL's room and play video games.

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys. I appreciate it. What's really depressing, though, is that for the last couple of years, I really thought I'd turned around to more 'healthy' living (yeah, with some prodding from DW ) I guess inertia is a tough thing to stop.

In a similar vein, i'll be sending prayers out to CJ and for her quick and effective treatment.

And TheDuck619, keep posting GOOD news like that.. we seem not to get too much of that around here.

DW found out today, through her mom, that her sister is going to the world at the end of April while her hubby is in Orlando for a conference. They have not asked us for advice and don't plan on it. Nor have they done any research. They are planning on doing MK one day and EP the other. They won't rent a car and will rely on the Hilton's shuttle. This ifs also the sister in law I can't stand so I won't give any unsolicited advice. I almost wish I hadn't unfriended her on Facebook. This is going to to be epic.

Can we all follow along? I want to hear how fast pass costs extra, the lines are too long, they can't get a dinner reservation, it was way too crowded and no one would help them. I love those posts.

Duck, that is great news, keep us posted. The Pirate Princess wants me to thank all of you for the well wishes. She has a great attitude about it.

We took a stress break and went diving today. Conditions were crap so no pictures but it was nice to be out on the water. She loved it, I only did one dive which tells you how I liked it.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I have been to WDW numerous times and really enjoy everything Disney. I have never been with a child though since my son is now 6 weeks old. We cannot wait to experience the Magic from his eyes once he gets a little older. I grew up in Pittsburgh and now live in Central PA.
