You don't want my advice on this. I almost killed myself installing our dishwasher when I turned off the wrong breaker and the white wire hit the black wire about eight inches in front of my face. Good luck.

BTW- thanks to all for the "Welcome"!
:scared1:

And that is why I don't do electrical work.

I'm also discovering something about human nature. In the summer time, my 68 degree office/server room is a blissful oasis from the sweltering Texas heat. However, when it's in the upper 20's outside, that same 68 degrees seems a bit inadequate.

I'm watching them on Netflix. We kept reducing cable channels as they increased the price. Finally, no cable and just Netflix. I watched Season 1&2 today, and probably will take longer for Season 3.

Perhaps the IASW song will keep to zombies out the way. Climb up to Pinnochios for some food.

We just downgraded our cable today to a more basic plan. Found we don't really watch much TV anymore. Savings of $65/month. Yup, you guessed it, right into the vacation account. :cool1::cool1:

As far as IASW. I'd rather face the zombies than be stuck in there with those creepy dolls staring at me the whole time.:scared::scared:

A dusting of snow in Appalachia today. Only melted where the sun hit it. Talked with my parents and the snow belt off Lake Erie had 5 inches in places so it could be worse. CJ's trailer park/marina is looking better all the time.

As they say location, location, location.

So you fix things like Tim Taylor?

Funny how that happens. In the summer here, 50 degrees is cold. If we are around there now, everyone is out in shorts and t-shirts celebrating the wonderful weather. I say just wear shorts all year and think warm.:thumbsup2

Dumb question time..

My family and I have park passes that we bought from Undercover Tourist (10-day non-exp). If we are staying offsite on this upcoming trip, we can't take advantage of any magic band stuff, right? But our next trip in Aug 2014 (for which we will still have days left on the paper UT tickets) can work with the magic bands because part of that stay will be onsite. Is that right? I've heard it's tricky getting UT paper tickets "logged in" online but it's possible. For that reason I think this may be the last batch of tickets I buy from them.

On the trip we just got back from, Juliana had 4 days left on her NE tix I bought from UT. I linked her tix to her MB & MDE with no problem. MDE knew how many days were left and allowed me to book FP+ reservations for 4 days (the correct amount of days she had left). I also linked melody's and my APs- mine linked fine but I had trouble with melodys'. So I guess it is possible you could have trouble but not specifically because they are UT tix.

But you stayed on site, right? If you were offsite you'd be SOL?

Well, for your upcoming trip, yes you won't be able to book FP+. I was speaking of when you book your next trip which you stated some of your trip will be onsite.

I might be in for that too... maybe we can park 2 trailers. One for the guys and one for the women and children. :lmao::lmao:

I swear yesterday I had a guy in the store yesterday wearing shorts and grumbling about the cold.:sad2: Should have known, an Old Milwaukee Ice drinker.:rotfl2:
:lmao::lmao: :lmao::lmao:

I had a productive Disney day, too. Got to customize the Magic Bands for our trip in March. As I suspected, I was more excited than anyone else in the house. We get two sets with our split stay at POR and POLY. Really looking forward to our first stay at POLY. We usually do POP or POR.
SWEET!!!! Sounds like a fun day. :thumbsup2

Now how many times will you go back and change colors and names? :rolleyes1

Tim.

I like this time of year. I know it's your slow time at work, but you are on the boards more, and for me, that's nice.
Aww Randall. :hug:

I guess our breakfast last week has brought us closer. that's nice. :love:

Cough "suck up" cough :rotfl2:

Morning guys
:rotfl::rotfl:

top 'o the morning to ya!

‘Morning all…
Someone left the refrigerator door open last night. I actually had to warm up DW’s car this morning for the first time in years. Of course, no longer having a garage may have played a small part in that necessity. Those flour vandals showed up down here too. They didn’t do a very good job as vandals go, but they did spread some of that stuff on the bridges and shady spots.
Sounds like you're in the market for a remote car starter. Perfect Chistmas gift. :thumbsup2

Amazing. Canadian cars look just like American cars.
:woohoo::woohoo:

Awesome, that's what I was looking for. There's one more reason to stay onsite!

Still, who knows how everything is gonna shake out. By your next trip they might allow FP+ booking for offsite guests. They still haven't given any concrete ideas how AP tix are gonna work yet. They are stopping KTTW card at POP starting Nov. 15- so no double dipping for them. I'm sure there is an uproar and many people trying to switch resorts as we speak... errrr... I mean as we type. ;)

Where is Ackbar? It's a trap.

This won't help much, but my MDE stuff is really screwed up. I called Disney IT who are "working on it", but not much luck. I still have 5 months to go, but I've already figured I'll be standing at some desk for hours to get it fixed when we arrive. I hope you have better luck at this changeover than we have.

You are up early today Randall. Or are you just getting in from a night of partying? if you have the time, you can add a trip to the list I will be at BWV Oct. 8 - Oct. 15.

Page One Updated, CJ!

Hey, CJ, remind me what the 9200 was for?

Afternoon...day off, chore of the day is to get things ready for Sunday, to put the tree up. Unfortunately, I've gotten deep into a fascinating book all about the various attempts to climb K2, much more interesting.

Very cold, still no snow though!:cool1:

In your apartment or on K2?

Still out of town, get in on the red eye tonight landing at 11:00 so back home about midnight. Then in the office tomorrow and back out on a day trip for Friday. Not able to get truly caught up her so congrats to the kids accomplishments, enjoy the snow to those that have it, agree on d-cot and the Christmas music and decorations.

I do want to however thank those of you that either were part of the start of the DISdads and / or those of you that have kept it going - Thank You guys!

Happy
Anniversary
DISDads!

There is one difference though, we do know how to drive them in the snow.

:rotfl2:

Yeah, but you don't know how to drive them without snow.:lmao::rotfl2::lmao:

That would be the number of games since the Miami Dolphins have actually won anything.:lmao::lmao:

Tree up on Sunday, huh. We usually wait until black Friday to set ours up. We usually have family over for Thanksgiving and it's nice to have the extra space while they are there. Lights on the house and the weather is supposed to be decent so we'll continue with some outside decorations this weekend.

So…..When you climbing K2?:confused3
