Evening noble gentlemen... The fam and I are just over 3 weeks out from our Dis trips. 1. I made some fancy smancy t-shirts for my girls as we will be celebrating their Bdays while in The World. I will post later. 2. Tried the bacon jerky. My youngest DD just kept saying, "It's sooo good!" 3. Just got our Magic Bands and already scheduled our FP+ selections...pretty cool stuff. 4. I've done 2 5K races since beginning of August and have one scheduled for 2 weeks after our Disney trip. Team Sparrow in full effect :lmao: 5. I plan my trips about a year out...as I approach the 3 week mark, I feel completely overwhelmed and under prepared. What's up with that?

I'm the same way with planning our trips. In fact I enjoy planning and look at allears.net, disdining, Disboards, and disney.com multiple times a day. One thing I learned on our last trip... My plans are not a schedule, their a guideline. If we wake up and want to go to a different park or dining that day, we do. I always make sure not to cancel any dining until our new reservation is confirmed but I don't adhere to my plans religiously. Staying relaxed makes disney a vacation and not frustration. My DW on the other hand has a harder time. She grew up running from ride to ride and park to park. I refuse to do that and like spending more time doing stuff like... BEERS AROUND THE WORLD ( echoes like speaking from god).

:lmao:
Saved me from saying it though…
But who am I kiddin’, I still use a dumb-phone
And have no intention what so ever of paying Apple an additional premium just for their name and the right to have the device not play well with anything they didn’t make.
:

I went with Samsung and Windows smartphone. It is really convenient to have that all right there, but I'm not sure the $20 per month is worth it. What did I ever do without it? :confused3

Not a given. Hoping they will kill them because most Tenn. fans make multiple ADRs while having a smoke at the food court refilling the mug they bought two years ago while breast feeding their child.
.

But, did they take the children out of school early and refuse to offer their seat on a fully loaded bus?

.
4. I've done 2 5K races since beginning of August and have one scheduled for 2 weeks after our Disney trip. Team Sparrow in full effect :lmao:?

Excellent work. I have not run at all, but finished in the top 5 in post count from the last thread. Team Sparrow is well represented. We'll be cheering you on.

One thing I do like about the FP+ is that you can change them on the go if you desire. Are they doing all Parades/Fireworks yet? It was limited when I was there, seems like a good use of it.

I still want to know if those parades and fireworks viewings FP+ areas are for seats or just for the privilege of being herded into a roped off area while standing.

I'm not sure I want to use a FP+ if I have to stand behind someone who pulled their children out from school early and was canceling ADRs while breast feeding a child. :lmao:

We are DVC and have at least one trip booked per year. We also only do parks every other day so that we can enjoy the resort on those other days. We pick out a new restaurant or two each trip to give us a new experience and hopefully, i will be able to eat my way around the world eventually. We don't get park hoppers, so we stick to the code on those days. We still go commando on those park days (RD to close), but I don't run to rides.

‘Morning all…
Got a little time this morning before I get back to work.
Way too many irons in the fire right now, but that’s getting to be a normal situation.

Screw 'em...stay here where its safe. At least here the guys pretend to care what I say :rotfl2:

We’re good at that…
The pretending bit that is.

Naaaa… actually we’re all interested in most of what you have to say.
‘Cause you have access to so much beer!

(I need to send a truck up there on of these days.)

2. Tried the bacon jerky. My youngest DD just kept saying, "It's sooo good!"

You sir, are raising her well.
Very well indeed
:thumbsup2

Stick to the Code!

You’re going to fit is nicely ‘round here.

Way to go!

Who's running in 2015? I'm in. Mark it down.

I was on the October canceled ADR thread and I asked if anyone thought it was weird that there were so many posters with only a 1 or 2 post count. Then I got blasted.... the posts have since been deleted. :sad2:

Trolls... let's kill 'em all! :stir:

1. Very cool! Girls really love those fancy smancy shirts. We have not done the fancy shirts yet.
2. MmmmmMmmm... bacon. She's a keeper. :thumbsup2
3. Lucky
4.Have fun with the run! :lmao:
5. I used to get this way when planning our first trips. Not sure how I got over the overwhelmed feeling... but I think scheduling multiple trips a year helped :rotfl2: I recommend doing that at least once a year!

How?

I would if I could.... I don't think there is an apple approved downgrade process...

What? You can' restore/downgrade an Apple product. :rolleyes1 Good thing I have Android. :cool2:

They have a very nice shirt for the BEERS AROUND THE WORLD.

Man, my entire wardrobe is Disney shirts. I just came to that realization. Crap, I'm wearing a Big Bad Wolf T-shirt right now. Maybe my wife is right.

Screw it, at least I'm not wasting time with Candy Crush or Farmville right.

I still like to poke my head into TPA&S just to mess with the TPA&Sholes.

THEY are my nemesis (nemeses? nemesises? nemesi?. . .what ever the plural of nemesis is).

I should name names.

I wonder how many of them have multiple accounts. I l I've when they are canceling 4 ADRs for thesame time on the same day.

Sorry I'm not multiquoting but I'm sitting at the tire shop waiting for an alignment

I abhor the tire shop. The smell gets my sinuses flaring.

UT OH... Am I gonna be one of these people? My wife is gonna be nursing while we are there, and we are pulling my daughter out of school.

Morning Guys.

DS is moving to a new room in the basement and he has selected the new colours for the room - Zombie Green and Twilight Zone Purple. The painting starts shortly.

Have a good one.

My wife nursed when our kid was born. There are good places to do it without starting an uproar.

We found a quiet corner in the Animation Courtyard
The bathrooms behind Imagination Pavillion.
On TTA and in the Tiki Room

DD is supposed to be playing soccer game in about 30 minutes, but she's down and out with some sinus infection that struck Thursday night. Poor kid... nose is all red from blow, blow, blow. But STILL wants to go play.

Believe me, my wife is verrrrry discrete while doing it. She doesn't just whip it out. I'm sure she'll be fine, but I think she is getting a little anxious about it. She caries a cover while out in public.

Christopher's nose has been running for 5 days and Juliana woke up this morning hacking up a lung. Even the baby has been a bit stuffy. It's going around. I blame it on being back in school.
