Afternoon guys,

Today was dog rescue place day. Walked one of the dogs with her and then got out of there. Will be picking her up around 5:00. Tonight we were going to be at the SH/Syracuse game at the Prudential Center. Sloppy and wet weather with the roads freezing tonight so I am not driving. We could take the train but we would either have to leave around halftime or come back at 1 am. Instead we are having our own tailgating party in the room and watching the game. Maybe against Marquette on Tuesday.

Some pics from yesterday and today.

Walking Josie, one of her favorites

Fun couple of days so far. Tomorrow the mall (oh goody) and then Monday a overnighter in NYC for me. She has classes to attend.

Hi all...very nice being able to catch up on lunch.

Slugged my last load for this store, ten pallets worth, now gotta put them away. Ah, the glamorous life at the LCBO . Will spend the 5-6 hour making the rounds saying goodbye.

Wherem I Now said:
Morning all. Woke up early hearing a crying child. Upon investigation, it looks like DD6 might have another ear infection. We will have to call the doctors office in a couple of hours when they open up and get her checked out. This normally happens two or three times a year.

Going to be a cold day here. Chance of snow as well. Stay warm everyone!

Hope DD feels better soon, I had a lot of ear infections as a kid, what a miserable experience.

Happy Saturday Dads. I'm kinda disappointed in myself for how productive I've been. By 10am... dog ran (twice), kid fed, laundry folded, and dog taken to vet for annual shots.

I think now I'll lock myself in office and play video games for a few hours :)

If it helps, my last 3 hours here will be of low productivity.

Home from oldest's game. She only made one basket, but ran the offense well with numerous assists and played great defense. I wonder how they both have such completely opposite games. On the home front, the chores are done and I think I'll make some more Queso for chips and burritos.

Am I the only one who sees the resemblance between Robin and Paul? :lmao:

:thumbsup2 <= not a thumb!
:;)

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

You didn't run with her?

There's that high productivity level.

Didn't see any posts for a bit so I thought this thread may have been closed but I see it is still here.

Quiet night I guess....a good dumping of snow hit us this afternoon into the evening, seemed to have quieted the city all down...

All of the boards have been slow.

I'm watching the Texas at Kansas basketball game right now (my usual style - first half on TiVo-delay. I'll catch up to realtime at halftime). Hawks looking good so far.

Looks like Kentucky is - ahem - struggling without Nerlens Noel.

Well, SW backed up their OT win this morning with their best performance if the season tonight for a 20 point win that was never in doubt. Enjoyed a pep session after the other team cleared out and next week its the semi state round for their second year in a row. Hopefully they can get over that final four hump this time and make it to the state finals.

And DW has done an excellent job coaching the cheerleaders.

The best news... Next Saturday is our fifth anniversary, so now I don't have to make plans...
