No BOG? I think that will be something we plan. Still have 5 more days until 180 and can start booking.

Nope after careful consideration, although it's a pretty cool place, the menu does nothing for me, no characters & no show, I can't justify going there for a dinner or lunch without some kind of target plate that I really want to eat

Morning all. Woke up early hearing a crying child. Upon investigation, it looks like DD6 might have another ear infection. We will have to call the doctors office in a couple of hours when they open up and get her checked out. This normally happens two or three times a year.

Going to be a cold day here. Chance of snow as well. Stay warm everyone!

Good Saturday morning!

Girls basketball regionals today. Round 1 is the Spartans vs. dreaded nemesis, Jac Cen Del... The only class A team that wasn't behind at the end of regulation against the Spartans all year. Got the road OT win in December, now hopefully they can defend the home floor and play another one tonight. Nothing better than high school basketball in Indiana... Even if it is girls basketball.

Saturday morning ownage.

Youngest dd had 12 in a losing effort in basketball. She and one other player were the only ones who would set screens. Hard to set a screen for yourself. Oh well. There is always next week.

Finally settled in for the evening....just got in from masonic funeral services for a good friend who is also the local funeral director. Needless to say the place was packed!!! For the second time I was mistaken for a funeral director myself...maybe I missed my calling.. I must look good in a black suit

Funny how girls sports takes new significance when you are a dad of girls.

Yeah, but I don't even have one playing. People just take their basketball seriously around here, and DS is basically the team mascot. Its the same girls DW coaches in volleyball.

Probably more people in the gym for a girls hs game this morning than most d1 schools can get to come for a womens game. The place was absolutely packed.

Spartans won in OT against their post season nemesis for the second time this year. Trailed most of the game, got a steal and lay in with no time left to tie it up. It was all SW in OT though. Great game.

Tonight should be good too. The winner of our game this morning was favored in the regional, but the team that won game 1 looks a lot better than their record. Had a 6'1" girl running the point with a couple other 6' forwards.

Now, time to turn the TV on. Boiler Up!
