Happy Valentines Day Gents...don't forget to do something special for your ladies today!!!

I am off work today. I was on call the other night and trying to do a lumbar puncture on a patient who might have meningitis an they were very confused. Started kicking and thrashing around and while trying to keep her from hurting herself I got hurt My back was in such a mess that last night I lost use of my right leg. I have had muscle pulls in the past but nothing like this time. I feel like I have been kicked in the familiy jewels in addition to the back pain. The muscle relaxers have helped some this morning and I can at least roll over and get our of the bed

It is quiet in here.......A little too quiet. I wonder what CJ is up to. Maybe building a new training camp for those penguins, or preparing the lawn for Norm's trailer? Oh, that's right....He's heading to NJ to freeze his butt off. Where's the snow when you need it.

When will he be arriving? I hear we are getting a few inches on Saturday. I don't know if that includes Jersey.

He was leaving today so I am guessing that means he gets there tomorrow. It is a 23 hour ride from here straight through to Disney. He is a few hours south of that and the Pirate Princess is a few hours from us so I am guessing 18-22 hours or something like that? I hope he brought his mittens. Up here it is supposed to be 20's and 30's over the weekend, probably a little warmer there.

CJ never works to get the yard ready for my trailer. It's almost like he doesn't want me staying there. I'm tempted to sell everything and just live in the camper.

Left Miami and the temp was 84. Arrived at NJ and the temp tonight is going to be 38. Some snow predicted for Saturday and then it gets freeking cold. Currently snug in the hotel but need to go out to get sustenance.

The flight up reinforced my absolute hatred for MIA. Worst airport in the world. To the woman two rows in front of me that decided to douse herself in perfume, there is a special place in purgatory for you. And to the person in the row behind me who opened some stinky @$$ meal, may you get food poisoning. Not that I am bitter.

Still have to make one for Ohana's breakfast for the day we leave

I have a couple places in the Orlando area I also want to try this trip, plus of course T-Rex cafe, but you really don't need a ADR for it

Big weekend here for DS, middle school basketball provincial championships this weekend. As a JV team we were ranked in Division 3 and there are 6 divisions, pretty good considering there are many varsity teams in this as well. It should be a good test for the boys. I get to resume the assistants seat as our head coach is back. Now the pressure is on him to keep the unbeaten string alive.

We were moved to division 2 and have 4 games this weekend. Making up 2 from last weekend with the snow. Right now we are in second place, but play the team ahead of us tomorrow. We beat them and we jump to second.

Good luck this weekend. Hopefully the boys play well and take the title!

Actually, Randall is coming to the Tax State. He is going to join in the run of the Sandy Hook 5K in Hartford on March 23rd.

seemed to have misplaced my Kindle. Going a little nuts looking for it.

Hope everyone had a good valentine's day. I need to make sure I eat some of those brownies we baked yesterday. Somehow I didn't get one.

Busy weekend on tap. work tonight into tomorrow morning. DW and I have date night in the city tomorrow night. Maroon 5 concert and since her mom is coming to town to watch the kids, we're going to stay overnight. Then more work on sunday.

Somewhere in all of that, I hope to find my kindle.
