Hey Nemesis. Is the May race closer to the end of May so that I could take the family? If so, if we shoot for May 2014, then here's a challenge idea.

That is right in the middle of soccer season and school, so that probably won't work.

My oldest turned 11 today. She had her crab dinner at Red Lobster on Saturday since I was going to be out of town. But, I saved a special birthday present for her - the bracelet - and she opened it today on her birthday while I watched on Tango. Of course, it is UK Blue/White.

Belated birthday wishes to your daughter. Sounded liked it was a good one. The Pirate Princess got a similar bracelet in Seton Hall colors for Christmas. Standard apparel for future SH athletic events. And for a good cause.

This evening I finally used the birthday gift DW and DS gave me last September - a one hour relaxation message. What a great way to end a day!

Hey guys.

I thought Paul said at mile 20 he was enthralled at the super secret entertainment at WWos?

From what I've heard from Paul and a few random people I talked to at Downtown Disney and the airport - they should have kept it a secret.

Arrived safely in Miami a bit ago. The dogs retrieved from the vet and some of the unpacking done. I'll leave the rest for later because it is time to crash on the couch.

My buddy that ran the half with my was tracking our group's progress during the full and texted us this at mile 20

Yeah that's the way to say run now soon we'll be eating Ohana in emoji. He meant it as a joke but he pretty much outdid Disney. RunDisney might as well have had Cary Elwes posted at mile 20 saying "Get used to disappointment"... actually that would have been kind of awesome.

DW is looking at January 2015. She wants to run the Goofy for her next speed limit birthday

Okay. I'm good for no more than the half marathon but if my travel plans don't match January 2015, we are finding a race we can do. But I'm keeping that time open for now.

Shoot. Now I gotta start training. Taekwondo does not prepare one for 13.1 miles
