You probably get along with your brother. It's getting closer to that time, and I'm against this whole family thing at Christmas or any holidays. I am all for spending time with the people you want to, but not the people you have to.

Remember my mooching BIL, both he and his wife's vehicles were repoed, and MIL took $20K from her retirement account to settle everything and pay them off. That was 3 months ago. Now, he's talking about trading in one on a brand new truck. Not only do I want to be around either of them, I don't my children to be around his and learn those set of values.

Just remember....You can choose your friends, but can't choose family. The financial mess can be a good teaching tool for the kids on what not to do. I know what you mean though. Sometimes it's just better to stay home.

That's because she opens the presents under the tree before Christmas. I have to wrap them to keep her from finding out what I bought her.

Good plan! Now if you just make sure she can't find your duck tape, she won't even be able to open and re wrap it! :rotfl::lmao::rotfl2:

My wife just buys what she wants and tells me what I'm getting her. Years ago I spent hours and a couple hundred dollars on jewelry and other stuff. She wore the jewelry for a month and returned everything else. The next year all she got was gift cards. After the dust settled we came to this arrangement. Its better for both parties.

Nonsense? I did post things after the Walker narration.

Because you get up at 4:00 AM.

We all know Tebow isn't the answer, but he does have a winning QB record.

And Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl.:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao: Sorry I couldn't resist. The Tebow trade is just another reason that the whole organization needs to go. Did you notice that as soon as the offense started to get into a rhythm, they subbed Tebow in to screw it up again.:sad2: I'm not sure who is making the decisions, but it would make a good comedy.

Thank you, well we prob arnt going on my pts till 2014, can you wait that long

Lol, I would say congrats on jets being eliminated because at this point titans need to look at draft picks, not saying they need to lose on purpose but some great picks have been made one or two picks before titans drafted examples Pierre Paul (one pick before) clay Mathews (two picks before) sorry I'm still bitter about those going before

Yup, I can wait! If you go at a time school is out, maybe I can take a short DD and dad trip and meet you down there!

That's why the "I think" was after congratulating you on the win. I would have thought they could find a way to lose and get the better draft position. If it were me, I would certainly be practicing the "lose at all costs" strategy of coaching.:thumbsup2

She also has to go buy more wrapping paper. She would cut over the scotch tape and peek inside and retape. You can't do that with duct tape.

I am the best gift giver here at the house. She will buy herself something and wrap it every now and then, but I definitely win for the best gifts. And, it isn't necessarily the most expensive thing. Last year, one of the gifts I got her was several Christmas movie DVDs - Christmas Vacation, Christmas Story, and a few others.

As much as I like by alcohol, I would choose a trip to WDW over a $3000 bottle of hooch. And, congrats on getting two trips to WDW on 3K. Are you counting transportation costs and everything else? Bravo.

I've been giving CJ grief whenever he complains about bad weather, working, or sports team. He even complains about the Marlins because they only won two WS. He's starting to sound like a Yankees fan.

No, that was th conclusion of Walker, Texas Ranger,

But, at least I responded to all your post padding in one multi quote post than in many single reply post padding.

How else am I going to make up missing all those days due to illness?:lmao::lmao:

Agreed. I get weeks of "I would like something like this or that". My response is that we have been married long enough for her to know there is no way I get it right. Instead, I drop the kids at my moms for a few hours, we go shopping and buy what she wants, I pick up the kids and leave gifts with my mom and she wraps them for me and bring them over on Christmas morning. You win though if you get to stay home while she shops for her gifts.:thumbsup2

Magical Express tags arrived in the mail ownage! :cool1::banana:
Wow , that's crazy, I am close with him , if it wasn't for them, DD and I would still be living with my parents (that's not a bad thing either) but atleast I have some freedom and don't have to sneak all these random women on and out of the house haha jk

This is where your story falls apart....:lmao::rotfl2:

Congrats. Have a great trip.

That is why I want to start a new tradition - spending holidays with friends.

Post padding gone wild.

Another episode of Walker, Texas Ranger is on. Would you like me to do another post-narration?

Yes, and that was a lot of work. I don't think I can do that much work again two days in a row. You ready for Christmas for dd?

It's a tough day when Philip says NO! HAHAHA! I was thinking of maybe narrating The Grinch this evening if anyone is interested.

Well, this has been a multi-part Walker, Texas Ranger. Without that 5 minute preview of the previous episodes, I would have been completely lost in the plot of this episode. You all would have ultimately suffered, so it's all good.
