I'm back at the office wishing I was headed to WDW with many of you guys. Have a great trip!

Good Morning Dads! Missed the weekend, forgot the laptop charge cord at work and the battery was low. Still fighting off this whatever it is. How are you feeling Steve? It feels better and I am on my third prescription so far as they keep changing the medication. Go back to the doctor on Thursday for follow up.

To all the dads heading to the DDC, have a great time. For those running this coming weekend good luck. I heard Team Randall is a 5:2 favorite due to injury concerns.

If I get time today, I'll go back and check out the weekend activity. If not, well good luck, happy birthday, prayers and congratulations to those that need and deserve them.

Just wondering, the dads who are entering, which package are y'all choosing? Since DD would be going the Happy Happenings one fits us best

We are choosing amazing fun since my little ones aren't so little anymore. Missed entering over the weekend, but all but those two days so far.

On a positive note, DS hit a 3 point shot with 40 seconds to go to tie our hoop game this weekend. Then stole the ball, hit two free throws with 13 seconds left and we captured a come from behind win! Then DD10 knocked down a 3 point shot and a deep jumper from the corner to start off her game yesterday. Good weekend for family hoops.

DD got a cake pop maker yesterday, so we just did our first batch, made a lot of messes and how come this stuff never looks as good as it does on tv? But from what I've tasted , they are gonna be good

DD got one of those for Christmas. You need to buy new pop maker stuff. The mix that came with ours was old and didn't work well. We bought some of the refill packs and DD had a much easier time and they came out better. We melted our own chocolate and got our own sprinkles and decorating stuff so they actually looked really good. I am still trying to find a recipe on line to make everything at home and not have to buy it.

I went to high school with the daughter of our preacher, and we were pretty good friends. She basically grew up with my wife and they are extremely close.

Anyway, she left home to attend school in one of those southern states and then served in the Army as a nurse. She spent a few years on a base in Hawaii and just a few months ago returned from a deployment in Afghanistan and moved back home. Long story short, in her time away from home, she got married and had a couple of kids that are actually close to our kids ages. Her husband is a great guy, so we've been trying to have our families spend some time together lately.

We're going over to their house to watch the game tonight and he is the biggest Crimson Tide fan I've ever met. I'm seriously contemplating showing up decked out in blue and gold, just to irritate him.

This ain't SEC country.

Tough loss for the Skins... Have a feeling it would have been different if RGIII was healthy...

Agreed. He actually looked worse today than against Dallas. I know that Minnesota, even as bad as Ponder is, has to be thinking would we have had a better chance with him hurt over Webb. And, Redskins have to be thinking the same thing.

I don't think he has been healthy since he hurt his knee. Even in the Dallas game you could see something wasn't right. I was surprised he walked off the fields the way his knee buckled on that bad snap.

Let's just hope it's not an ACL or MCL in the knee. That would keep him from starting next season. In hindsight, they probably should have used Cousins after half time and let RGIII rest up. Might have won the game. Sorry a little late on the commentary, computer was down this weekend.

Do you have to have a pet penguin to play? I'll try to get in on it tonight. Don't know a whole lot about the hockey stats, but if it's like the football pools I have a better chance that way.
