The worst part about it is that with the freezing temps out, it suppresses some of the stink. If only I could leave those things rotting in a black garbage can in 80° sunshine for a few weeks....

It's funny you say that - we did have two people stupid enough to come in this morning and buy cars. Hope they don't wreck their new rides on their way home!

Hi guys. Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I'll try to go back and read up, but with a skeleton team here at work this week it might be pretty hard.

I do have one complaint though. 2 years ago the city decided to save money by skipping trash collection on holidays. Usually they'd shift the pickups to account for holidays (if the holiday fell on a Monday, Monday area pickup would be on Tuesday, etc). Now they just skip you and you have to wait until next week. With Christmas Eve and New Years Eve both on Mondays this year, I won't see trash pickup until January 7th and recycling pickup until January 15th. Jokes on them though - I'm collecting 3 weeks worth of nasty, stinky diapers. I'd love to see the look on the trash collector's face when he opens that garbage can.

Don't bother going back. Just start moving forward. It is basically the same old stuff with lot's of holiday wishes mixed in.

Our trash is just shifted to the following day so no stinky trash for us.

Hope everyone had a fine Christmas holiday.
My family enjoyed themselves, mightily, but me…

Sorry to hear that on so many levels.

We've got a big hill at the edge of our property. I'm really excited to do some sledding. Usually we have all kinds of random people who show up and use it. They are actually trespassing... not that we care if people use it, but it would be nice to at least know who is on our property. I always get mad too, because there is one really good line down that hill that you can get some good speed and distance going, but random people always show up and start packing tracks down going the wrong direction and I never can keep it going the way I want to. I'll be able to go out there and do whatever I want today!!!

Have fun sledding solo. Maybe you should sell hot cider, cocoa, coffee etc. and make a few bucks when the crowds come to play.

I thought Crash was a vegitarian? But she eats monkeys? Interesting...

Uh oh. At least I know I can use Tim as a human shield if she come after me with a Via Napoli fork.

"Um...well, my dad sort of knows these guys from some website that for some reason or another either hate each other or are good friends. I haven't quite figured that part out yet. Anyway, since they're old and fat and out of shape they decided to run a half marathon. Then my dad got me this shirt. There, now you know as much as I do."

Afternoon fellas! I've been out of touch for the past 6 days, what with my whirlwind trip to Maine and back and then all of the Christmas festivities. Hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday. If I get a chance later I'll post a picture of the 4lb lobster that was the highlight of my trip up north.
