Yeah, because Disney is out of money and property and couldn't under sale you at all.

Out of money they will never be, but property wise believe it or not one day they will run out, since the surrounding property's are bought up and something like 1/4 or a 1/3 of what they own are wildlife preserves, I read somewhere they can build 3 more major parks, so this could be debatable, IMO they would go with the most profitable ventures

With $450 million, even after taxes, it really won't be an in issue. With $25 million, while I'd want a home in Golden Oak and on the beach, I'd have to look at the numbers to make sure I had enough for taxes, homeowner's association, and spending money.

I know the economy sucks but say after taxes you roughly get 225 mil, at that point don't think I'd be worried about making more, of course interest and investments would help keep you and generations of your family comfortable for a long time too

I'm pretty sure $200M would set up a few generations of our family. I would certainly retire and we would have or adopt a bunch more kids. Need something to do and people to spend a lot of time at Disney with me.

He is not a nice guy. How do you think Andrea will react when the daughter tries to eat her face? Next week is a mid season finale, sounds like they will go off for a few weeks again. Bummer. I hope Maggie put a bullet in the Governers head next week.

Good morning fellow dads, just read on the Facebook page thatScott aka Singledad DisDad #594 passed away Oct 7th, I didn't have any interactions with him but as a single dad and Disney fan, I send my sympathys and thoughts out to his daughter
