Hey Paul.

How is the world of job transition going? Neighbors left for Disney this morning. Unfortunately I couldn't fit into their luggage.

Still working on the DDCC plan. Wife still says no. Got a little more time to buy expensive gifts and work on it.

I finally put up my Disney pin cork board, it's not very impressive, but I'll add to it over time. Only one resort pin (AoA) so far but def will add to that. And I'm working on framing my old concert tickets today, Roughly 100 or so that I saved the stubs, looking back would love to have that money back haha but then I wouldn't be able to frame over 100 concert tickets! Hope everyone is having a good morning, no big plans today, DD is spending the night with the grandparents and I'm going out for sushi with a friend

We keep talking about putting up pin cork boards to display the pins, but never get around to it. We must have at least 100 pins between the two kids. Sounds like a good project for this afternoon. Thanks for reminding.

Going out this morning to buy a generator, out of the last 3 years we had a major snowstorm on Dec 26, with all the power outages from Sandy, I'm sure a lot of wires are still held together with twisties and duct tape I'mn not taking any chances it is getting really cold at night now, better safe then sorry

Get a chain, lock, or method to secure it outside. They are heavy, but there were lots of thefts around this area with the power outages.

What size is your board? It looks pretty big. My project would be two smaller ones to put up in the kids bedrooms. I was thinking something like 3X4ish.

It is not. It's hard to shoot while your sleeping. I'm pretty sure they would be taking it while you were not looking. We had kids going through cars in the neighborhood a couple of years back. They only went into those that were left unlocked so no damage to the cars. Wife still refuses to lock her car.

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. I'm about 35 pages behind. Congratulations and prayers to those that need it. Nothing exciting here. Had a good Thanksgiving. Work has been pretty quiet.

Good luck in the game tomorrow. We start next weekend. Was supposed to have 12 players this season, but already down to 9.

They are in tough this year. They started the year with 10 players but are up to 12 now. They only have 3 players (including DS) back from last year and it has been pretty tough so far. They have a bew coach as well and he isn't as confident yet in being stern with the boys when it is required. This is the first year for 9 of them to play at a competitive level and many of them haven't realized it is the same as rec ball.

Don't you like to see teams that have not been in it for 20 years have a shot. I'm not necessarily a fan, just like to see new teams for a change. Wish Oregon had stayed at the top. I do not like Alabama by the way.

12 is a tough number of players for substituting and getting them all playing time. I have 5 that have played competitively before and a couple new players that are pretty athletic so we should be OK, but we'll see.

New coach and 9 new players would be tough. Will take time for them to come together.

Well no generators, seems like everyone in the area had the same idea, I am on a call list when they get more, Black Friday weekend note to self not a good weekend to go generator shopping in a area that was effected by power outages
