Can I get a special permit or something for her stroller? I want her to be able to rest if needed but last december we didn't need anything special but you never know.

Yes. At Guest relations at any park, they can give you a tag that allows you to use the stroller as a wheelchair if you need to.

You don't need to show them anything. The card is called a Guest Assistance Card and all you have to do is be able to explain her needs.
