DCP Application -- Status is Open?

My daughter applied this morning, and is waiting. Her status is Open and her H.R. Status is Action Required.

With all the threads here on the DCP, its hard to hone on the exact info you're looking for, I thought I'd just toss it out there.

Thoughts?

if she just applied and hasn't done a web based interview (wbi) or scheduled a phone, you're waiting on that which is mostly like the action required part of it. open means still in the running. i wish her luck!

Yes. Once you complete the app but haven't taken the WBI yet, or you've taken it but not scheduled your phone interview then your dash will say "action required". Once you schedule a phone interview then your status will change to "in progress". Once a decision is made, then you will see your dashboard status change once again.
