Hi, I'm new to this website and found the wedding forum but didn't see any concrete information about getting married on the actual Disney Cruise Line. I was wondering costs perhaps just for the two of us (me and fiance)? Is it possible to get married on the ship? If not, we want to do the land/sea trip, how much would it cost just for the two of us to get married on the Disney property (no reception needed)? Do you still have to get an EM for those types of ceremonies? Sorry for all the questions!

Here are some very general ballparks numbers:

Wedding on property - 2100. plus your room package

Wedding at Wedding Pavillion on property - 3100. plus your room package

Wedding on Castaway Cay during cruise - 2800. plus cost of cruise

Wedding on ship during cruise - 1800. plus cost of cruise

Of course these are all "mimimums" - it's very easy to spend alot more!

my husband and i got married while on the cruise in oct. we got off the ship and got married in key west on the beach and then had the rest of the week for our honeymoon. it was just the 2 of us and it worked out really nicely. we even got dressed back up the next night in our wedding attire to get a pic with mickey and minnie in their formal wear which turned out great. there are tons of people that perform the ceremonies and photographers in key west. i just found all the info on a key west webpage and booked it all. we got picked up at the ship, were taken to get married and then before the ship left we met our coordinator and already had our proofs back so i had my wedding album to take with me for the rest of the cruise as well. we only spent about $500-600 and had the officiant, the photographer, our flowers and everything done and i wouldn't have liked it any better on castaway cay i don't think. just a suggestion in case you hadn't thought of doing it that way.
