DCL Website - One Cabin Showing "not paid in full" When Booking Excursions

Hi guys,

It's probably nothing, but I noticed something very odd, and a bit concerning, when I went to book excursions when my window opened the other night.

I have 2 cabins booked, both silver. When I open the first reservation and go to book an excursion, when I select my choice and it brings up the list of people to add to the excursion, next to the second cabin, it says "not paid in full" in brackets. It still lets me sign everyone up, and when I go though the second cabin instead, this notation doesn't show up for either cabin.

I'm thinking it's just a glitch, since my balance on both cabins is Zero, and they haven't cancelled our reservations, and we were successful in booking the excursions and adult dining. But I'm wondering if I should call DCL just in case or just ignore it?

Has anyone else experienced this before??

I would call just to make sure that it is a glitch in the system.

Since it doesn't show when you go through the other room, I'd say you can just ignore it, but I would probably call DCL if for no other reason than to let them know there is a glitch.

I think DCL is having website issues where certain things aren't being updated. My TA changed both of my reservations on my 2017 cruise to different rooms. One reservation correctly shows the new room number on the My Reservations page but the second reservation is still showing the old one (although DCL did send me that welcome email with the correct room number, but only for that one reservation - it is so inconsistent). Also, if I view it on the Castaway Club page, it shows the correct room, but when I click on the reservation number that takes you to back to that "My Reservations" page and click view details, the room number is wrong.

Yes, do call! I had that happen to me only one time and it was because someone with the same name did not pay in full. It only took a minute to straighten it out.
