Private busses fall under that too? I was unaware of that.Since buses fall under federal rule, all passengers on the bus must wear masks.
I think they are putting people in separate lines at drop off.

I had Disney transportation booked from the Hyatt to the port, but I'm going to rent a car instead.
I didn't realize that was the "why" for the disney resort transportation. I was reading this as applying to greyhound, amtrak, airlines, etc. I didn't make the connection to the DCL port bus. Thanks for sharing. This is the rule:
"All passengers on public conveyances (e.g., airplanes, ships*, ferries, trains, subways, buses, taxis, ride-shares) traveling into, within, or out of the United States (including U.S. territories) as well as conveyance operators (e.g., crew, drivers, conductors, and other workers involved in the operation of conveyances), regardless of their vaccination status, are required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth."
A "public conveyance" doesn't necessarily mean "run by the state." Which is why Disney World is requiring masks on their buses and monorails, and why ride-shares and taxis (which are private hire) require masks.
Ugh - I have been waiting to hear about this and had hoped they would have vaccinated vs. unvaccinated busses. We are booked on DCL transport, but I don't want to risk being a close contact by accident on the bus. Might as well cancel transport from MCO and Hyatt MCO to a resort by the port - any suggestions? Something nice for adults.

Honestly you want to be on the unvaccinated bus since everyone on the bus had been tested negative in the prior 5 days. On the vaccinated bus you could have people without symptoms.
But, if there is a vaccinated bus all of those people would go right to security and not be tested at the port, at least under the current procedures.
