DCL transfers

Can anyone tell me what time the first shuttle leaves MCO for the Magic? Since we are flying in the night before and staying at a hotel near the airport....I didn't subscribe to these boards until after I booked and paid for a hotel other than those suggested by DIS members Anyway...I would like to know what time to get back to luggage to meet a DCL rep to be on one of the first shuttles. Thanks for you your help!!!

We stayed at the Hyatt last time, as we also flew in the previous evening from UK. Our luggage was left outside the hotel room on the Saturday morning, and "Magically" appeared in our cabin!We were advised that the buses started leaving the Airport at 10.00am and so didnt meet the Disney guides until 9.45. However, we joined a long line at the bus exit - and some buses had already departed. We will definately make our way to the Bus departure desk much earlier next time. You can not board the ship before mid-day (ish), but we would rather spend time in the Port Terminal (looking at the ship), rather than the airport.Nat

We were on a bus about 9:35 and were told it was the first one. The counters at the port don't open till 10:30, so there is no point in being at the port earlier than that.

We stay at the Hyatt, and check-in for the buses is usually at 9:30 in the hotel lobby. It may be different for people arriving the morning if the cruise. They usually start loading the first bus a little before 10. We usually are on the first or second bus, and get to the port at around 11.
