DCL Transfers to and from Vancouver Airport

If you have booked your airfare using DCL and the transfers, how does that work going from Vancouver Airport to the hotel when flying in the day before? Does DCL meet you at baggage claim?

Can you tell me the pros and cons of booking air using DCL?
