DCL transfer resort to port

We will be staying at Pop Century for 3 nights before our cruise and have already paid to use DCL transfers. How will I know what time the bus will pick us up for the port? When we check in to Pop Century do I need to mention that we are cruising and have paid for DCL transfer already or will they already see that in their "system?"

When you check in tell them you are going on a Disney Cruise also if you can tell DCL what room you are staying in. You can phone them.

You will get an information sheet last night saying have your bags ready at 8am and also the time your coach will pick you up at the resort bus stop.

Typically for the Pop century it is around 10.45am.

The two reservations need to be linked together often WDW doesnt know your on a DCL cruise.

For information some resorts like the Polynesian have a DCL rep in them on set hours and they are good to speak to in advance. DCL may ask you to speak to one of them as an alternative, I always find it a safety net to do so. We have stayed at the Polynesian or had a character breakfast there and spoke at that time.
