DCL "ticket"

I'm sorry for the short notice, I was going to make this myself but just realized my Photoshop was on our old computer that is dead.

We leave in 10 days and I was hoping someone could help me with a DCL ticket that will end up be the clue that lets our kids know we're going on a cruise.

Or if someone could point me to an already existing one? I'd be grateful!
