DCL resolved 'missing' placeholder res in 24 hours

We debarked the Magic on 6/28 & spent a few days in London afterwards. Three days after returning home (almost 1 week after we left the ship), I realized I had not seen a charge for the bounce back ressie I made the last day, I had not received an e-mail confirmation, & my CC had not been charged.

I e-mailed DCL (Contacts-Comments/questions Past Cruise), provided the facts, incl. my ship & sailing dates, cabin # & Castaway Club # (probably more than needed but no harm) & received a reply with full confirmation info within 24 hours.

Once again Dis customer service came through! Moral of the story: don't despair if you don't receive it within a few days of returning home but do follow up!!!

I never did receive an email. I eventually saw the charge and found out on this board how to check on my CClub account for the placeholder. I was there and I was able to move forward. So, yep... the people on this board rock.
