I was listening and they made the example of resale restrictions not impacting as much as Riviera.
An example was people don't buy VGC to stay around. Well people are not buying BCV or other resorts to sleep around either.
DLT also unlike RIV will be impossible to get after 7 months. If you have RIV Resale it's going to be hard but not impossible after 7 months. For DLT you will have a large number of people from WDW waitlisting to get a shot to stay there.
WDW has lots of options and RIV is not the cheapest point chart. DL has no options so you get a room at DLT or don't go.
I think its too early to tell. Just like current RIV resale is still driven by both limited contracts but it also being in active sales (what happens when no Epcot Resorts are for active sale and 2042 is 10-15 years in the future).
