DCL No Longer Offering Ground Transportation to the Swan and Dolphin

Just tried to add ground transportation to my upcoming cruise in April, where we'll be staying at the Swan Reserve afterwards, and was told DCL is no longer offering ground transportation to the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve. I was taken by surprise (though not entirely shocked, given Disney's cutbacks over the last few years), as was my travel agent, who said this is the first he's heard of this. I've read numerous trip reports with people using Disney ground transportation with the Swan and Dolphin, so I'm sure this will be an unwelcome development for a few people out there. They did offer to drop us off at a different resort, so I suppose the Yacht/Beach Club is an option and then walking with all our luggage to the Swan Reserve, but honestly, I think we'll just take an Uber at this point.

I heard a long time ago, from a very reliable source, that each resort decides their individual bus needs and what they want allocated. Since S&D is not even a Disney owned resort they may have pulled the plug.
