DCL Guest Relations email address

Does DCL have a guest relations email address much like WDW does?
What's the best way to contact DCL regarding any concerns or kudos post cruise? (I did fill out the comment card while onboard.) When I Google it, it just directs me to DCL's contact form. Is that actually an effective way to contact them, or does it get lost in a void?

I found the "Contact us" link on the DCL website works great. Always get a response within a day when I use it.

When I wanted to comment on a fantastic cast member in the past (our stateroom host) I emailed Karl Holz (president of DCL - karl.holz@disney.com) directly. He responded to thank me for the feedback within hours and cc'd a couple of other people in his reply. Our stateroom host them contacted me via FB about a week later thanking me for reaching out to her "big boss".
