Ok- I am a little obsesive compulsive, so I will ask one more time. We are staying at the Fairfield Inn near the airport the night before the cruise. The next morning we will take their free transportation back to MCO to catch the DCL buses. What time do they start and do we just show up? We don't need a reserved time. Right?? Where do we go to catch the buses?
TIA for the help!!:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

You do not have to reserve a time, when you get back to the airport in the morning, you'll check in with the DCL reps and they'll assign you to a bus and tell you where to go. I'm not sure where you'll meet the reps, but it should be specified in your documents, and I know someone on the DIS boards will know. We always stay at the airport Hyatt and check in for the bus in the hotel lobby. I believe there is another place at MCO where you can do this. Hopefully, someone else can help. It's also very likely that your hotel shuttle driver will know exactly where to drop you off.

In the hotel lobby, check-in begins at around 9:30am and the first bus leaves at around 10:00.

You'll meet the DCL reps in the atrium of the airport and they will take you and your luggage to the bus. The "official" time is anytime after 10 am, which gets you to the port slightly before 11...however, they actually start a little earlier than that.

You do not need a reservation for a time, just that you have booked transfers. They are so flexible that they can even handle you if you haven't booked transfers (you sign and the ticket and they charge your credit card), but it is a courtesy to everyone to have booked them in advance.
