We have 5 adults and 4 children (3,4,5,9) and would like to get advise on shore excursions for key west, costa maya, and Cozumel. Should we just go by ourselves or are there 'not to be missed' excursions we should know about.

Also, what is best night for pala dining? I don't want to miss any shows or pirate night and don't know what would be best.
