I confess, I'm not familiar with the cruises and how they work, how much does the children's programming cost?

Thanks.

The children's programming cost is included in the cruise fare. The only thing not included is babysitting for those children who are under 3 years of age and/or not potty-trained. Reservations are taken for this and there is a per hour charge for the service.

It is not one on one babysitting, but you bring your children to Flounder's Reef nursery onboard and they watch them there. From all reports on the DIS everyone seems to very please with the quality and care of the CM's there. I believe it is $6 per hour with a 2 or 3 hour minimum.

The Cost at Flounders is 6$ per hour, 2 hour minimum.
On the 1st day of the cruise you can sign up for 3 times only to allow more people to use the nursery.

Best suggestion: is head to make palo's reservations and spa reservations 1st then to Flounders as soon as your reservations to coordinate times.
Tracy in Flounders is great. She schedules her sitters the night before to accomodate the children scheduled. So if you need childcare beyond the initial schedule, stop by flounders the day before and she will work out something for you. Also If you stop by during the day, you can be put on a wait list in the case of no shows.

They are very patient.. If I were in flounder's I would page the parents sooner than they do. One crying child starts a chain reaction.... They are very good about not paging unless necesary on the MAGIC
We had a great experience with them last week
