Was there today. The bridge is gone with the exception of the bottom where the monorail track is.
Took several pictures but here is my summary. I'll get the pictures uploaded eventually.
You've seen the comparisons to DHS already so I'll spare you that. Part of the old turnstile area is still in place behind the new turnstiles and there is still an area to the right of the gates that is all boarded up and you can see construction equipment back there. If you enter to the right you'll be right up against those construction barriers and have to make an almost immediate left to go around them.
Yes, the top of the bridge is gone but the entire bottom that covers the monorail track is still in place.
The most significant change I noticed was that the construction barriers for the central plaza were all moved out and they've now totally blocked the walkway to the left of GRR. You either have to go through Hollywood and Bugs Land or go to the right near the GRR entrance.
They've also taken out the awnings and all the tables near the rail cars. The train is still there and so are all the shops and Burrrbank IceCream, but all the tables are now gone as well as that railing and the awnings. Good thing too because that construction fence is moved out so far that there would be no place to walk otherwise.
There is also scaffolding over the "Condor Flats" sign that to the left of the walkway toward Soarin'.
They are making great progress on all the rock work over at CarsLand.
Let me know if you have more questions and I'll try and answer. We spent most of our time at DCA today, but we were over at DL some too. Got a chance to see the new pararde for the first time. Very cool!
