DC- how deep is water...

How deep is the water during the dolphin encounter? My daughter is 4ft tall. Will the water be over her head? If its deep, do the floats hold you above water without having to tread water? Thanks!!

Most of the dolphin encounter is done is shallow water, with the actual tow part done from the deep water, 20'+. That said no one is allowed into the water without some type of flotation device, from a wet suite up to a float vest.

My DS is also 4 ft. tall and he had no problems with the dolphin swim. The tow is done from deep water but if your DD can tread water even a little, it will be no problem at all. I did not even have to hold my son once.
