Days to avoid

Starting a plan for our end of august/September 2021 disney trip.
I read somewere to avoid waterworks at weekends? Are there any other days of the week certain parks tend to busier?
Its difficult to plan as obviously the crowd calendars are not available for these dates yet

They pretty much are all busy on weekends with the local AP crowds coming in. MK and Epcot(during F&WF) are busy on the weekends. But now with the Star Wars stuff, I am sure you can add HS to that list. The best thing to do is to get to the parks early on those days. Next year, if things start getting back to normal, will probably be a very busy year. People that put off this year's trip plus the 50th going on.

If you're going late August and into September 2021, you shouldn't need to worry about it too much. Of course, that's assuming that things get halfway back to normal by then.
