Days Of Our Lives Watchers

Don't even get me started on Mickey and Bonnie...ewwww.

I was just wondering if anyone else was thinking that Dedra Hall would win the soap opera award for best villaness??? As much as I hate the storyline, she has done a good job of going from good guy to pure evil. Heck, I don't even think Stefano would have had the nerve to kill ALICE HORTON!

And did anyone else notice the other day when Roman came to Marlena and she had flashbacks of killing Abe that she was remembering it totally wrong??? Abe looked surprised when Marlena apparently just walked up and shot him. But from what I remember seeing, he was just having a normal conversation with the killer and then he was shot. I don't know, it just didn't seem right. I still think someone planted those memories in her head for some reason. Funny how she wasn't having memories of murders until Jan Spears came back to town...hmmm.

That Sammy grates on my nerves like fingernails on a chalk board. I thought it was kinda funny that Marlena landed on her.:duck:

I too have enjoyed Deidre Hall playing a villian. She's been really good. I laughed too when she was eating the donut and said I should have gotten the recipe, it was too funny.
I know people are upset about Alice being killed off, but this is apparently what Frances Reid wanted, she wanted to be killed off, so I don't have a problem with it.
Wait until Shawn finds out Belle lied. He's definitely going to blame her for Alice's death, which will probably lead to him and Jan getting together:rolleyes:
The whole Matrix thing with John was just too much. He's able to dodge a bullet, yet Marlena was throwing him around and then strangling him:rolleyes:
Unfortunately to me it looks like John is going to be the one charged with being the serial killer. I'm sure Sami will say she saw him push marlena off the ledge.
Does anyone know if Marlena will be dead? After all, Caroline did say John will kill Marlena. I wonder if Deidre Hall is leaving:scratchin

OK, here is a "shot in the dark"(no pun intended). I thought the Matrix thing was totally stupid--but perhaps it is a clue to the big surprise/complication/storyline to come? Perhaps that has something to do with Stefano's programming? Or perhaps they are all in matrix and it's just a game?
I don't think they would throw in him ducking like that for no good reason. I think we'll hear more about it later. And it could be much later--I had it figured out that Brandon was Abe's son about 3 years before it was official!

I made an interesting discovery tonight....Days is also shown on Soap Net! :D I know it is on again tomorrow at 10 am, then at 7 pm (I am assuming the first one is today's and the evening one is the current day's). I missed it today (I did tape it on the vcr but haven't had the chance to watch yet) but caught the last 10 minutes on soap net.

Possible spoiler here, I would be sooo cool if it is.

Maybe the bullet thing is the key- like on the Matrix, maybe John is "The One" like they called Neo???? The killer. Maybe Sami is right!!!! Or the only one who can stop Marlena.

Well, I hate to say it but I do not plan on watching Days for a while. I turned it on today and when I saw "Mrs. Horton" with the powdered sugar on her lips ... that was more than I could take. I'm done.

I know it's just a show but I started watched Days when I was being babysat by my Great-Grandmother. I considered, and still do, her to be the strongest woman I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I've read that Frances Reid wanted this and she needs to do what's best for her but it was too much for me.

I've had one too many deaths in my real family lately and I don't need to watch beloved characters be killed off.

Maybe it'll all make sense after this storyline is over but I plan to find something else to do for that 1 hour each afternoon. :(

My sis hasn't watched Days since Don Craig went out for the mail and never came back. She saw Days with me and she guessed the dream sequence. She thought it could be anyone's dream...maybe Tony's....since he kept on blacking out and saying her name.
Glad I missed todays, I couldn't have handled Alice's MURDER.
I am also happy that Jan is being re-cast---I can't stand the way she talks....

I don't think anyone really has a problem with Francis Reid leaving. I think it's just the fact that it's just too darn hard to watch! I can respect the fact that she wants to leave...I understand her wanting to leave in a memorable way. But it's just the fact that for the next couple of weeks or so we're not going to be able to turn that show on without crying.

Now, the Tony theory is interesting. I had forgotten all about those blackouts. And why WAS he constantly saying Marlena's name anyway. What if the last time he blacked out he never woke up. That would make sense. I don't know if you could put it in the "never been done before" catagory. Unless the "never been done before" twist is the actual murder of Alice Horton. I don't think a soap has ever actually killed off one of their founding characters.

P.S. Beastlover, my mom is still wondering what happened to Don Craig too. I always thought maybe they did say what happened to him and she just missed that episode, but I guess if other people remember him going out for the mail and never coming back then that must be what really happend. That's weird.

I don't think this idiot writer is smart enough to think " In the Matrix"

I think that it is Hattie, and that is why Stephano "built" her..to bring down the Bradys..

oh well..does anyone remember that Roman was Chris...my girlfriend and I use to yell at the screen..your not Roman, your Chris!!

and Adrianne as Bonnie...sheesh!

My wife was disappointed that Alice did not die of a stroke or heart attack when Marlena was at the door (since she had some sort of incident while sitting in the chair)

Then Marlena could have come in and stabbed her but it pass through because it would be Alice's ghost to confront her at the door shaking her finger and tsk..ing her.

We would have loved the look on Marlena's face as Alice tells her "You're too late, dear"

I'm starting to doubt that this will be a dream, only because Frances Reid has definitely retired and will not be back. I can't imagine they would recast her. I guess if it is a dream, they can have Alice "die" again, but this time of natural causes.
Tony's blackouts I totally forgot about. Also, Tony seemed to know what was going on. I remember him talking to Stefano after Cassie died asking why did she have to die. That led me to believe that Tony knew Marlena was the killer, but then it seemed like he all of a sudden discovered it was Marlena and was about to rat her out at the circus.
This storyline really hasn't made sense. I really hate it when the writers don't keep track of what they have written, so at least when things happen fans can say "oh, yeah, that's right", but the way this storyline is going, once we get to the end, I have a feeling we'll all be like, "what just happened"

That would have been better than choking on her own donuts! I decided today, I really can't watch this Bull blank of a show any more!

I think that spoiler from Texas is almost exactly what I have thought all along! I have always been thinking it was Hattie!

I think that just might be a rumor. JER swears the killer will be Marlena. If it turns out to be Hattie, he'll look more like an idiot than he already does. Remember there's still suppose to be some big twist next month. So, let's say it is Hattie, probably next month we'll find out otherwise.

Well, JERk also swore when he brought back Doug and Julie that it wasn't going to be to kill them off...so much for that idea

He has also swore that A) It really is Marlena; B) No she is not possessed again; and C) She is not under Stefano's control.

So I guess we'll just see how all that turns out.

OOH!! OOH!! I bet I know who it is!!!!

It is Hattie, who is possessed by the devil and is being controlled by Stefano!! :teeth: She'll wake up from a dream, everyone will be alive and well, and she'll still be that funky looking waitress!! ::yes::

Well, I guess that would fall under the never been done before catagory :)

What my mom and I have been wondering is why the only people that haven't come back as ghosts are Cassie and Tony???

I've also wondered about this. In fact, when Celeste was turning the cards over to see who the next victim would be, Cassie and Tony were not there. I wonder if they're really alive. If this has to do with Stefano, maybe they're really not dead:scratchin
