That was my thought too. I keep hearing the word "nightmare" so many times in the past few broadcasts, that I think it might be a clue.

I've only been able to watch every once in awhile due to classes and my internship, so I like this thread, it kind of keeps me up with it.

Did Shawn and Belle break up?

Shawn finally put the clues together and figured out that Marlena is the killer. He told Belle and she freaked on him. They have not officially broken up, but they aren't as cozy as they have been lately.

Wonder if Marlena is going to put the key back in Belle's apartment that she stole? Think ANYONE would figure out that Marlena was in Belle's apartment and the key went missing the same night that "Shawn" got attacked?? Naw!! I don't think they are that smart!! It DOES look like John is getting suspecious!! Nothing short of a frying pan to the head...............

Does anyone else remember the suspicious gifts Stefano left to everyone in his will??? Well, it's like when JERk took over he just totally dropped that storyline. One thing that has caught my attention is that Marlena got that pillow and she pricked her finger on a pin inside it...that could have something to do with all this.

And if JERk wants to go back to that storyline, he'll have to explain what the deal was with the boat and the baby that he gave big Shawn. Rumors circulated for a while that it had something to do with Shawn being John's father??? If that's so, maybe Collin knew something about it. So maybe after that prick Marlena got, Stefeno was able to control her somehow and have her kill Collin???

I too remember the storyline where everyone got something from Stefano. The pillow for Marlena and the boat to Shawn were dropped like hot cakes. I also thought John would turn out to be a Brady after all, therby explaining Stefano's hatred for John and the Bradys, since John was a result of Stefano's wife having an affair.
The only thing that made sense was Kate's gift of five paper kids. Finding out Cassie and Rex were her children put her total of kids to five.

All I have to say is, how did Jan surivive that attack by Marlena It was kind of scary watching her stab into the sheets so violently.

And again today Marlena said Abe was a threat to her. I still don't get it, unless she killed Colin. And if she killed Colin, why?

This storyline is driving me nuts

Doesn't Kate have 6 kids? Billie, Austin, Lucas, Phillip, Cassie, and Rex. I guess maybe Stefano knew Cassie would get killed, paring the number down to 5.

Catsrule, you're absolutely right she does have six. I forgot about Philip There were probably six paper kids, not five.

Though she didn't actually conceive philip, vivienne did, am i right? Though The 5 kids because cassie died is fitting. I can't beleive after seeing the sheets that were stabbed adn bloody, that shawn decided to forget marlena might be the killer. Though i guess it figures w/ this story line. And the thing w/ jan's bloody hand touching nicole freaked me out. ugh. gross.

Philip IS Kate's, but Kate didn't actually give birth to him. Vivian stole Kate's fertilized eggs so she could carry Victor's baby. So Philip is Kate's biological son, but she's only given birth to five kids.

Vivienne carried Phillip, but biologically he is Kate's and Victor's. Kate and Victor's in-vitro dish was just laying around of a shelf, you know. Vivienne just went in and picked it up.

heh, that would be an interesting twist. philip not kates kid, after all. but i doubt they'd venture into that arena, it's just not 'edgy' enough. I still can't stand the new philip. I know i already mentioned that on this thread.

Actually she only gave birth to three kids, Austin, Billie and Lucas. Marlena gave birth to Cassie and Rex.

I don't know why I was thinking that Kate gave birth to Cassie and Rex. I was thinking the memories of Marlena giving birth to them were planted and that Kate might have actually given birth to them since she was working for Stefeno back then...but I guess she would have had to know that they were hers when they first came to town.

This show is just so bad right now. How stupid can any of the characters be? Doug (I've always loved Doug) is about the dumbest man on earth. And my dear Julie is about the worst actress right now, unless it's just the rotten lines she has to say.

But then Nicole's job as a seamstress is STUPID.

This show is DUMB, DUMB, DUMB.

Actually, Kate received a jar of kippers and Celeste received a string of paper dolls.
