No, no...hopes's clue was in her good-bye letter to bo. Larry made her scratch out the message she left on the wall. Hope kept writting the phrase "How we..." Bo was reading it outloud and kept repeating "How we, How we" and came up with the name Howie which was apparently someone who worked for Larry or something...I was just a baby back then so I don't remember any of that. Anyway, he did some researching and found out Larry was released from jail and he had checked in to a hotel in Cedar Rapids while Hope was there. Then they came up with the plan to fake Lexie's death so Larry would slip up so they could catch him. I remember the episode where Bo had called that family meeting at the pub. Everyone assumed he was going to tell everyone Hope was really dead. The show ended that day with him saying, "I have something to tell all you..." and then the next day the show came on and everyone was just going about their buisness. I remember thinking I must have missed something, but they purposes left it out. What he was really telling the family was the plan to catch Larry. Everyone had to act as if Hope were dead and that Bo actually killed Lexie. Billie also "died" that week too. Larry shot her in the head when she was telling Shane everything. So there were three deaths faked that week...I think that has to be a record for a soap opera.
Now, what I don't understand is Bilie. Is she really working for the ISA??? She knew Shane and I don't think he was in Salem when she came on the show, so how else would she know him?
