OK they are pairing Mel with Chad now. Isn't that the same story with a different guy from when she was in college? That seems to be what Mel does. She steals the boyfriend from her best friend and then dumps him for someone else. Isn't Nathan coming back in January? So will she dump Chad and go back to Nathan? Make up your mind girl.

Finally Daniel and Jenifer break up. I don't know how they thought that was going to work anyway. Daniel has tremors in his hands. Will he have the same thing Maggie has?

Kayla was on my show today but they didn't even mention she was back. It was weird. She served Sami and Austin and went back behind the bar like she has always been there. I always feel like I am missing something from the day before.

Can't believe Sami and Rafe are renewing there wedding vows again. Still find it funny Kate is being nice to Sami.

I fast forward though Madison and Brady so hope I am not missing too much there.

My first time watching Days is this week. My mom watches this show mostly, so I thought I would give it a whirl. I won't post too much here right now because I'm trying to get to know the characters. I love reading your posts to help me along.

I also watch Y & R. They overlap in programming, so I have to watch Days on Soapnet. Soapnet is changing in January, so I'll have to DVR in the future.

What's going to happen when Sami is pregnant with EJ's baby-- as this will surely happen otherwise, why did they have sex and what else could possibly break up her and Rafe? Sami with yet another child!! Eh gads!! How many times can her kids get kidnapped or lost?? She's a horrible mother!

My guess she will try to pass it off as Rafe until the baby is born and has some sort of life ending disease and will need something from Rafe to save its life and Rafe won't be a match. Then Sami will have to tell the truth which will push Rafe into someone else arms hoping Nicole's because she will be devasted to know Sami and EJ slept together and he didn't tell her.

I guess the hospital set it put away and all we see now is the spa and Horton Square. Melanie will be working there and Gabbi already does.

I wonder what Madison is hiding. Today I didn't fast foward her and she got a phone call from someone and she was all nervous , wonder if she is already married and running from someone. Something will come between her and Brady it has too. Like to know what Sami's problem is with Brady dating her too her explanation today was lame.

I hate Bradison and never watch when they're on. I actually preferred disgruntal drunk Brady over this new goodie two shoes, in love with Madison Brady.

Kayla was on my show today but they didn't even mention she was back. It was weird. She served Sami and Austin and went back behind the bar like she has always been there. I always feel like I am missing something from the day before.

If I remember right, Austin asked Kayla what she was doing there, and she said, "Helping Mom out during the busy holidays" or something like that.

This was a few days later. When she appeared the first time it was to hand Sami something at a table.

We have not seen Caroline in a while. She is not available to babysit either , Sami left them with Kate. Thought it was funny that Kate bought the kids stuff and all Sami said was have fun cleaning it up. My kids would never have left it behind.

Thought it was funny too when Sami couldn't even stop her own kids from running around and away from her.

I do not think they will make Samil pregnant again. I think this is just to break the couples up. Beside she couldn't get pregnant when she wanted to with Rafe.

Does anyone else find it strange that Hope & Bo are trying to get Stefano to help get John out of jail by using an "IOU" card Stefano gave to Alice? Why would this "IOU" be applicable to John? I know, it says "whoever holds the card" is entitled to it. I just think it's absolutely ridiculous.

And I love that they're bringing old characters back to the show. But, I really could've done without John coming back. I'm sorry, but his acting is sooo bad that I can barely watch his scenes. There, I said it. I feel better.

The new writers are rewriting Carrie and Austin's history. Today Abby asked how they met and she said she was working at Balistics and he came in , tried on a purple shirt and the rest is history. I am pretty sure they met because they were neighbours when she moved into the loft that used to be Sami/Daniel's place. It used to be a bad neighbourhood. This apartment has had many changes from the fireplace to the post missing when Daniel moved in. Sami's phone used to be on that post.... She would sit on the fire escape and listen to him play the piano. She had a crush and so did Sami on him.

My tomorrow show is Christmas eve and Sami's Vow renewal.

watched a coupole of episodes online today (the first in ages), and I was noticed Carried exchanging a look with Rafe and couldn't help but wonder if the writers are going to have them hook up?

This Austin can leave, not as good and looks old.

I liked Kate's generosity about the job, but wonder what the bottomline is? Now if Sami could get the job in writing with the stipulation that Kate will not fire her for XYZ it might work.

Nicole is suppose to have a big storyline coming up.

Lucas is back and helps to pick up the pieces fro Sami. They said Sami hits bottom. No kidding. Now this is the Samil we all know ,the way she has been acting lately. Some don't like it but I think it makes the story interesting to watch. Poor Will you can tell he is going blow a fuse again soon.

Carrie/Rafe are going to work together again.

Billie is suppose to come help Austin with a problem. Maybe the above problem??

Kate/Sami working together...Kate wants Sami around more so she can break up Nicole and E.J

Anyway.. I do remember a lot of people thinking that Lucas covered for Will during the shooting storyline. We never had any proof of that though did we?

How did Lucas get off the hook for that?

Also EJ said prison wasn't good for "people like you" or something similar.. I'm assuming a gay reference? Is that the first time that had been mentioned outright? He hadn't even told Marlena had he? (Do we think he's admitted it to himself?) How does EJ know?

This "I own you" storyline might be good. Poor Will. Can't wait for Lucas to come back. So Sami and Will are both working for the DiMera's now. Can't tell if Kate is playing her or just wanted the secrets from MadWorld. They really could be unstoppable together.

I've really enjoyed Will's scenes too. I think the actor is doing a wonderful job, as I really feel for what he's going through. I can't answer most of your questions, but I think I know how EJ knows that Will's gay. On New Year's Eve, Will was hanging out with Melanie, but also had some private conversations with Sonny & his friend. It was clear in the conversation that Sonny & his friend were comfortable with being gay and were completely open about it. Will looked like he was envious of their ease and comfort in being gay and in my interpretation, was realizing for the first time that being gay may not be all bad. EJ was within hearing distance and seemed to eavesdrop on the entire conversation. I don't think it has ever been explicity said outloud that Will is gay, but it seems to me Will has, at the very least, admitted it to himself.
