Thought I had lost this thread. Only watched last Thursday and Friday as I had other things going on. Had a random dream last night that Kristen Storms returned as Belle. Wishful thinking. Watched Wrecked last week with James Scott and was disappointed he was only in one episode. Since he's done with that can he please return to Days??? Love his accent. Such a cutie.

Not happy with what I've been reading in spoiler land.

Yeah I record them and watch when I can now. I'm not liking spoiler land either.

Nothing is really holding my interest lately. They show something and you think oh they will be on the next day and we don't see them for days. Or alot is off screen and I scratch my head and say when did that happen.

Summer/Maggie is terrible. Can't stand Dario either now.

Deimos is now going to be a good person since he almost got killed ok don't believe that..what part is Chloe going to play in all this I wonder since she is Nicole's friend and hates Kate.

I'm wondering the whole Chloe thing too. Is Chloe living in a cabin? I always saw her as a city girl. Did laugh when she commented about Kate attempting to harm her in the past.

I have read that Philip might really Parker dad. Abby disappear from the hospital without Chad help. Theresa leaving Salem Sonny comes back in July.

Ugh, Phillip is Parker's dad? That isn't a good story line. I'm glad Sonny is coming back and had read that but forgot.

I've also read that Lucas and Aidrian get married. Why can't he marry someone his own age? Someone who has not already been married on the show? He can do so much better. Give him a fresh character please.

I read my spoilers on Soap Central, but posters on the boards repost from Days Cafe and Soaps She Knows(?).

Haven't we already gone down the biological father path with Phillip before? DNA tests were done. If Parker is his, who swapped the tests this time? While we're on it, Phillip doesn't acknowledge having a child, clearly he and the writers have erased his sperm being put in Mimi's egg instead of Belle's. She left the show supposedly pregnant and if I recall he 'visited' her and the child later.

Skipped a few episodes last week, but just finished Friday's episode. Abby- I assumed that she side she was wearing a mask that her face was scarred/burned. Hiwever it appears fine. So what's the reasoning?

Kate- so she finally acknowledged to Nicole that she knows the truth. Now can someone please catch her in the lie.

Blanca- if Rafe isn't interested in her, can she please meet Lucas? She's more interesting than Aidrien.

So this is what I think happened ... 5 months ago the producers walked into the writers room and announced: We don't like the current direction you are taking the characters, so you have 3 days to turn things 180 degrees. None of the stories are making any sense. We have seen this in the past when actors' contracts are up and a mass exodus ensued but the crazy continuity of current story lines is the worst. They seem to be trying to redeem some of the characters and WHY must they try and redeem Aiden - Let him go!

I think you are right. Before Joey was telling Steve he was sorry for running away and it was dumb. Today he says he wishes he was still on the lamb...what.
Kayla was fine with Steven now isn't, now is ok again. Circles is what we are going in. She said she was going to talk to Flyn then we didnt' see that so the something must have been cut. I think a lot of things are getting cut out.

I saw Phillip is out now....So they are bring Chloe back for Deimos. Can Dario go too , I know Summer is on until the end the month.

Really wish Victor and Maggie would go on that cruise tried of them and Summer.

We really need storyline progression. The Abby storyline is past its prime. Rafe, move on. Hope needs to make a decision. Kate needs to be put in her place. Would love to see her behind bars for once. Roman needs to call her on her lies/drama. Phillip needs to do something. Dario and Summer need to go.

Now onto other things. Brandon Beemer was brought back but no MM. Will they recast Belle? If the current Phillip was let go will he be recast? They did just bring back Chloe. With Theresa out who will Brady move onto next? Back to a icicle or Chloe? Or possibly move onto Blanca as Rafe has no interest in her.

Anyone else notice a lack of holiday storyline this summer. No family bbq or 4th bash like in previous years, no fun at the lake. Nada. Also noticed the teens are not on canvas which is fine by me.

I think they'll just use Brandon Beemer at the police station (no storyline of his own) until his contract runs out. I believe he and Belle are endgame.
