Days Of Our Lives (spoilers)

It seems a lot of us would like to share spoilers that we've heard about for Days, since right now the show seems to have come to a snail's crawl, with the exception of Marlena's confessions, which were quite chilling.
Anyway, I've heard that Marlena is really Hattie and they have changed places, possibly not realizing it, which would explain "Marlena" loving Roman. The only thing though, JER said this storyline has never been done before and I'm sure this has been done.

What has everyone else heard or read?

This would be great if this is true. I wonder if this is a dream or if they've been kidnapped, making Marlena think she killed them. If they come back does Patrick not exist anymore and is Jan still in Europe? I wonder how they will work this out and how they can pull it off.

A friend of mine seems to think that Stefano has had a sex change and is playing Marlena! This sounds so outlandish, but I don't think it has ever been done before. And knowing Days Stefano has died and come back to life so many times I wouldn't be surprised.
