We had booked the Express passes for IOA today, so we had to go there. We didn't have to bother rushing to get in early. We were feeling lazy and used Valet parking ~ naughty, but nice We had budgeted to use the valet parking every day at The Swan, but upon check-in (after using it!) we were told valet parking had increased from $10 to $14 a day It's a matter of principal for me now, so I refuse to pay for the rest of the stay. We have been charged for it everyday so far and had to go to reception to take it off the bill. If you use it one day of your stay, it automatically goes on your bill every day All in all though, we are loving the Swan, there's a big IT conference this week, so it's very quiet around the pools etc, most are in the conference rooms.

Anyway.....IOA was fantastic. We got on every ride and despite the fact that you're only supposed to ride each ride once with the express pass, the park was quiet so they didn't bother swiping the cards except on Spiderman. I went on with Lois and someone gave Al a spare FP at the entrance, so she went back on again with her dad. I loved today, we had a fab time getting soaked and giggling all day! We got some great photos. We went to the Hard rock for lunch which was pretty quiet (peoplewise - not musicwise - we love the loud music!) we always go once for a 'pig sandwich' ~ it's tradition for us

As we were down that end of town, we went to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner, we couldn't be bothered waiting long, the kids were tired and we weren't very hungry after visiting the HRC for lunch, so soup and salad did us just fine. We liked it at ST, nice change having a light meal. Very clean and loads to choose from on the salad bar. They alsio had 3 fresh pastas, soups and pizza.

Drove back to WDW totally shattered ....... again!

........ I'd love to tour IOA on a quiet day! As Kaylee says, sounds like you had a great time :)

Booked online the express passes were only $10 each and they save so much time if the park is busy because you don't have to wait for another time window to collect another ride time - you just walk straight into the express line.

Great trip reports :) Sounds like you had a super time.

Can you give me a link for the $10 express passes? I can't find any information about them on the Universal Studios site (I'm probably just looking in the wrong place!)

Thanks!

Richard :)
