day of resort switch, O'Hana brkfst, AK Expedition Everest

how would you do this? I have AR at O'Hana for 920am and I also want to get on Expedition Everest (this is assuming its open). This is on a day Im switching from Pop to VWL. How would you do this?
Take bus from Pop to MK, boat to VWL to checkin, boat to Contemp, monorail to Poly, bus to AK? What time could I possibly make it to AK? and could i possibly check into VWL (I know room may not be ready) before the 920 AR? That would get me to EE for maybe 11/1130?
or would you try to get that AR changed to earlier and go directly from MK and check into VWL after brkfst?

I think I'd drop the 'Ohana breakfast, check out of Pop (I assume they'll switch your luggage for you...if not, leave it with Bell Svcs), catch breakfast in the food court on the way out, do an early trip to AK to ride your ride (plus enjoy a nice morning there with many other attractions!), have lunch at Flame Tree or Tusker House in AK, then go back to do the check-in after 3pm (or is it 4pm?) when the rooms are ready. See if you can book the 'Ohana breakfast for another day if your heart is really set on it, ideally on a day you're going to MK.

Just thought this out some more:
Bus to AK from Pop, grab fastpass for EE, bus to Poly for brkfst (try to make it later), then check into VWL, back to AK
I cant make Stitch brkfst a different day and there is no way I can go to WDW and not see Mickey!
