Day Guests coming to Dolphin Mears Connect Question and luggage storage question

Two out of four people on our upcoming vacation will be arriving one night early to stay at the WDW Dolphin--when the other two arrive in Orlando, they want to first come over to meet us at the Dolphin to be our day guests before we all transfer over to Margaritaville for the rest of our stay. Can my guests schedule the Mears Connect without a hotel reservation to get to the Dolphin? They will have their luggage, so I am assuming we can check them with bell services, or nah?? TIA!

The Mears Connect booking site does not ask for resort reservation details, just flight details. So they should definitely be able to schedule the trip to the Dolphin.

However, without a resort reservation, I'm not sure that bell services will hold their luggage. Maybe call the Dolphin and ask?

Thank you, I will call. I will have my luggage stored for the day once we check out, I so am hoping I can just add theirs to mine.

I agree Mears Connect doesn't care itself, the luggage storage is the only are that might be a hicup, but I really doubt it would be a big deal - since it's a tipping service.
