Do you have room to add one of them to your reservation? If so, the easiest way would be to add them to your room reservation. If they have a MagicBand linked to their MDE account and you're linked via friends and family, they can come right in and park for the day. Bonus: if you can add all of them, they can use SAB because they would be registered guests.
Any old MagicBand on his profile will work. If he doesn't have one, a physical ticket attached to his profile should act like a MB. Otherwise, pulling up to the guard shack and identifying himself as a registered guest staying under your name should be sufficient.
Not to throw stones, but as an owner at BCV I think it is unfair that they were able to park at a resort none of you were staying at(HA and AP have no bearing on this unless you re talking about BWV or eating at a restaurant in BC which would have a time limit )! I have no problem with them having been given parking at BWV but they should not have been able to park at BCV! We have our own parking problems!
My mistake, they parked at BWV, where we were staying last week. I fixed my post. The next time we come we are all staying at BCV, I got them a room. I guess my mind was on the next stay when I posted!
at check in, tell them what day he is coming, they will put him on a list and you can get him a day parking pass. This was how we did it 5 yrs ago. alot has changed sense then. add him to your room for that day is another option, but you can also do that at check in.
