Holiday from May 19th to June 2nd
Staying at Shadow Bay Apartments, Kissimmee.

DH (Malcolm - Me) 40 year old, Story teller, Grump and Organiser (if things go wrong).
DW (Maria Spanyardo) 34 years old, Saver of holiday money, Proposer of holiday and Organiser (if things go OK).
DS (Ben) 14 years old, six foot tall (going through the spot zone just now), very laid back (in love with Buffy the Vampire Slayer arent we all).
DD (Katie) 12 years old, two foot tall, is going to be an actress or a barmaid, unable to talk so sings everything to you (and anyone else that will listen).
DS (Keiran) 5 years old (Autistic) provider of the most fun and biggest problems.
DM (Elva) 260 years old pixie, thrill freak and recipient of the largest food portions in USA.
DF (Roy) 200 year old water park and water ride expert, talked a good talk about riding thrill rides but total score for the holiday NIL.
Day 8 Friday
Animal Kingdom or was supposed to be!
Woke up at a reasonable time today, about 07.30 am. Katies birthday today so we set-up breakfast buffet in kitchen and gather for present giving (Katies favourite time of the year). Well due to the problem with my leg (no not that theyre fat and hairy) that stated yesterday in I.O.A. my leg this morning resembles the watermelon I bought earlier from Wal-Mart (vary big, heavy and green coloured). So after the present giving ceremony its decided to pack me off to the local clinic on the 192. Also that we will have to postpone Animal Kingdom Katies birthday chose (Katie was very good about the whole thing she must have bee ill) and Im driven to the doctors.
In the surgery doctor explains whats wrong and gives me the usual (Ive had it before so know what its about) prescription for anti-inflamitories, painkillers and (a first this one) a really Girlie white stocking for my leg! Looked OK under shorts if they were down to your ankles!
While Im away getting all this sorted the rest of the team are all at the villa sitting round waiting for me and news of my poorly leg yer right, in fact theyre all at the pool having a ball! Because Ive messed up the day, the sadistics (sorry, I mean the girls) decide that well go shopping!! And its hot today 102 f.
So everyone into the truck and we head for lunch at the Ponderosa (dont remember eating here other than at breakfast time before) think it was the birthday girls choice. We arranged a birthday cake with candles and all the staff sang Katie a birthday song while Playing various cooking utensils Katie went a lovely shade of red great fun.
Had a quick look in the Flea Market on the 192 and then headed for Down Town Disney which wed never been to before I know, sheltered life. Had a look around the shops, got some of those Mickey Mouse heads that fit on the end of your car arial, ours lasted a year and a half before the snow took the last ear off and it looked like a black golf ball after that. DF (who hates shopping as do I but Im not allowed to say so) and DM said theyd take Keiran back to the villa to play in the pool (he loves water) and we went to the cinema to see Dinosaur which had just come out then it was OK.
Later (much later) DM and DF returned in the truck to collect us, they were gone hours longer than we planned suspect they both fell asleep, with Keiran because he was up most of that night with far to much energy than he should have had?
On the way back its decided to pick-up a couple of pizzas for a quick and easy tea. So we call into Pizza Hut for a To go order, which took forever to get (think they sent out to Milano for them!).
Anyway that was the end of a bit of a mix bag sort of day and a nights rest of the leg and the leg massage (did I mention the doctor told me to have the DW massage to assist the healing process? he,he,he).
Tomorrow shopping in morning (yet again) then MGM in afternoon.
