So day 3 my cell phone starts ringing, "Anne, where are you? Why didn't you call me back yesterday?"

"Um, I didn't check my messages at home yesterday because...well, did I forget to tell you I was going to Florida?

"You did what??????" I really hate telling non-Disney people that I went to WDW again!! :rolleyes2 Like, why should they care? :confused3

So my friends think I'm nuts...what else is new? Anyhow, I started day 3 like I started day 2, at the health club. Not so early this time, I just woke up on my own at 8:00AM and that was fine. I'd decided to go to MGM and wanted to be there for teh afternoon to catch the street performers and the parade.

MGM is really one of those places I've needed to go by myself for a long time. I did all that stuff that everyone is too busy doing the TOT and RnR to do with me, like the animation tour (fun things to play with at the end) and this time, Narnia (oh, it's such a short time investment, but don't pass it by! You go through the wardrobe and into the forest! It's beautiful!!!

I also played "Who wants to be a millionaire?" Of course, I put the presidents out of order and also did it slowly, so no chance of the hot seat, but oh, well, it was fun!

I had lunch at Mama Melrose. I had a big steamy bowl of pasta and, you guessed it, 2 glasses of Chianti. (I think I'm going to start drinking wine at lunch at home! I think it's wine that really makes the medicine go down!) I like it in there, and would recommend it for the solo diner. I just didn't feel like I stood out like a sore thumb.

After I watched the parade and enjoyed the actors in the street (loved the guys with the hard hats at the candy store), I headed back to the Poly.

This was my last night, what to do? what to do? I consulted my daughter and she said that if she were I, she'd go to Morocco and get the fast food and hopefully catch, Mo'rockin', which I did! What a great idea! I went to EPCOT, and spent some time enjoying all the evening entertainment.

I had dinner outside (what a treat for a northener in winter!) and timed it for the show- those guys are pretty good!) After illuminations, I went back and yes, did some work( See? I told you I'd get some work done!) , watched a little TV, and went to bed.

Day 4 was just going home and you know the drill. The only glitch of the trip : they acted like they never heard of me at Magical Express, even though I had vouchers and my computer print out and I'd arrived with it, but no worries. They let me on anyway! :confused3

If you don't mind being alone (or if you crave it sometimes, like I do), go solo, baby! It's a great trip!

Great report...I'd love to take a "do what I want, when I want" trip one of these days. Fritos in bed, yay!

Thanks so much for the report. Sounds like you had a great solo trip! I really enjoyed reading it.
