Sorry, I thought this was an easy one.
It's because I read about it in the Brits Guide (it's a Brit Tip in the section on Discoveryland) that when I was in the Park I wanted to see them for myself.......and there they were......audio-animatronic pigeons outside the Cafe Hyperion - I would also accept Videopolis.

Doh, it took me ages to trawl through pics to eventually discover those pigeons were on the Hyperion Airship, when all i really needed to do was flick through the Brit Guide.

I was trying to let you know that I had read about them and thinking that may lead you all to look at your Brits Guide.

i completely dismissed the word read . My daughter thought the clue was in the word sought, as in Discover. Hence the reason i was looking at pics of Discoveryland. Just a stroke of luck then really.
