Today we planned to go to SW I called the concierge desk for the times of the bus then awoke the gang we had juice and cookies for a quick breakfast and I was feeling a little delicate due to the voodoo juice potent stuff the bus was at 9.05 am so we walked down to the ballroom entrance for the bus it was going to be another hot day today the bus arrived on time and the driver went first to WnW then to SW he took us the long way doing his tour guide bit we arrived at SW a little after 9.30 am we went in through the DC entrance and should our tickets for DC they issued us with SW tickets then I went to DC reservations to upgrade myself from non-swim to swim with rest of family and also to upgrade all our tickets to include SW & BG for 14 days this took a long time due to a supervisor being on break but eventually got it done it was now about 10.30 am while I had been waiting to do this the rest of my faithful followers had dispersed to the gift shops so I rounded the up and off we headed to see the dolphins and stingrays we saw most of the shows incl the Shamu show it was a lot shorter but still good I was glad we sat in splash zone as we got to see the baby in the enclosure at the side the baby was not brought out to see today about midday we headed for lunch at smoky creek 1 kids meal in a Shamu container, half chicken & fries, full back of ribs, large chocolate cake slice & 2 large juices $38.45 not too bad we all shared and it filled the gap after lunch we headed to the happy harbour DD found she was too tall now so we only stayed for 30 min let son have fun in ball pits etc I used the courtesy phone to call our town car service to cancel our car that night as we had decided to just eat at city walk rather than going to a dinner show pretty nice a free phone for local calls the kids then played some carnival games they won some stuffed animals and a basket ball I decided time to sample some hospitality beer so after a couple of amber bocks we headed to Clyde & Seamore show still as funny, my wife now felt the need to buy souvenirs she picked some nice stuff so with my wallet lighter and kids and wife happy we did shark encounter this was great after that I felt the hospitality house calling me kids had juices as did wife while I had her samples it was now nearly 5 pm so we headed over to get the courtesy bus back to hotel as kids wanted to do the pool the transfer back was on time and quick while the kids changed and wife put way her spoils I headed to jakes I got a nice Macallan 12 year malt $11!! I made sure I enjoyed then went back to beer (by the way the drinks actually cheaper at Tchoup Tchoup) the kids had frozen virgin cocktails they played at the poll till about 7 pm then we all went upstairs to change for dinner city walk was very busy onsite guests an hour hour & half at most of the restaurants so after wandering we went into Pat OBrians no wait at all we just went to table and served with in 5 minutes we all had cheeseburger and fries and soft drinks I used my AP for discount to get 10% off bill which they gave but also the kids meals where free to AP holders so it only cost $18 with tip we went into the piano bar for a while, it was fun although my kids werent impressed with dads singing we left about 9 pm and wandered around for a while we bought light up pins for Mardi gras from a cart and got some churros for desert we walked back to our room about 10 pm after some TV we where all asleep by 11.30 pm big day tomorrow its BG pick up at 8.30 am
More to follow
