Day 1, part 2.
So we're checked in and our bags are hastily thrown in a corner of the room. Looks like we're ready to me! Actually, I was out voted, so we had lunch, in the food court, first. Now we're off!
Originally, we'd planned to head to MGM for our first day. But I had learned that Wonders of Life was going all Seasonal-Operational on us, so we needed to scoot over to Epcot so Mark could enjoy Cranium Command. (WOL was closing in Monday, so this was our only chance) We'd already missed Food Rocks by a day (it's a very sensitive subject for me). So, we headed to the bus stop and waited a loooooooong time. About 5 MK buses worth of time. We finally got there, and scooted our behinds in. We'd decided this was WOL ONLY, and we were heading to MGM as soon as we'd finished in there. So, we resisted the urge to get Mission: Space FPs and walked into the pavilion.
There was a nice older gent CM directing people onto Body Wars, which was a walk on. Everyone enjoyed it and we followed up with Cranium Command. Mark loved it and also got his initiation into the "Please move to the end of the row club". He is now a card carrying member, fully capable of stepping on the toes of those who plop down mid row. We're having a blast, despite its being more of a dive-park and the fact that we'd all done it before. (No, it never gets old, we still say it today)
We make our way to the International Gateway and hop on a boat. It's a lovely trip to MGM. MGM is much more crowded than Epcot, and we're all getting a little crabby. We managed a ride or two on Tower of Terror (with all level hallways, I might add), then headed to Rock N' Roller Coaster. They were having a HUGE line management problem that resulted in an hour wait outside, and empty trains being sent inside. Grrr, we were disgruntled.
The ride was great as always, though. In the on ride photo, Mark looked disgusted, but he assures us that is no reflection of how he was feeling. I can't remember what else we did at MGM, but it wasn't much. Muppets and Star Tours, I want to say.. but I could be wrong. If I ever find my notes, I'll keep you updated (but don't hold your breath). We took the bus back to ASMo... we were sitting and a man was standing near us. His son sat next to Mark, and we were all half asleep. I looked up and saw the man's shirt said 'Bonaire'!! I was signaling to Mark, but unfortunately, my 'that guy has a Bonaire shirt' signal looks a LOT like Mark's 'Give that guy your seat' signal. So he offeres the guy his seat (which was turned down), and never saw the shirt.
We made our way to DTD for dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express. Oh my goodness, was this good! I got some BBQ chicken sandwich, and it was amazing. I don't know what the boys got, because I didn't look up from my food once. We left and decided to spend some time in Disney Quest. We had fun, doing the astro-blasters, Pirates, and some other stuff. Mark and I lost Eric to the arcade games, so we took a virtual Jungle Cruise. I HATE this. I don't know what the situation is, but we stunk. And my arms got tired. Bleh. We finally dragged Eric out and headed back.

Day 2

Isn't the BBQ chicken sandwich the best? Yum, I'm thinking about how good it is right now!

I arrived in WDW a few days after you and I was extremely bummed to not be able to see Food Rocks one last time:(
