Hi! My family are all staying here from the 14th to the 16th December. For anyone that has stayed there can you tell me what type of evening entertainment is available and what the restaurant / bars are like? Also any other tips? Thanks !

I'm not sure the entertainment is as varied/frequent as it used to be.....it's also going to be limited by the weather in contrast to the summer months.

However, the restaurant is fantastic and the swimming pool is excellent.

We generally spend a few hours at the pool during one of our days, and often have it to ourselves It's obviously much busier during the evenings after the parks have closed.

Drinks in the tavern are expensive, as they are across the rest of the resort. We generally pop to the Auchan supermarket at Val d'Europe on our 1st day and stock up for the week: http://anyportinastorm.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tips&action=print&thread=4344

Shopping aside, the mall is also beautifully decorated at Chrismas, and definitely worth a visit.

The mall is less than 10 minutes away by car. An easy drive, and plenty of parking when you get there.

Let me know if you have a high vehicle though, as you''ll need some pointers

We've been for Christmas the last few years.

The DCR hub is nicely decorated, but I wouldn't expect much in the way of enternainment (I can remember anything at all in recent years ). If something is on it should be advertised on the outdoor notice board by the pool.
