Yes, I hate that too. A 'donation' would be fine. Maybe just charge a fee for the musical people. But sheesh! It's quite aggirvating. Plus the extra money that we have to put out for the 2 pre-cana workshops. Ugh!!!

Thanks! Those are actually our accent colors for our wedding. So for the engagement party we decided to use them as the theme colors! Haha. Plus they fit right in with our Buzz Lightyear theme.

I know! Thank goodness! It's a bit of a relief and kinda sad how much money it costs at the same time. But oh well. You win some. You loose some. And the church is gorgeous and will make for some stunning picturse.

Girl, you better be there! I was talking to Kristi last night and since I don't know if a meet up will be possible for all of us beforehand. The wedding would be perfect! It's the last one out of all of us. Plus I'll arrange a little thing at the hotel with the room blocks for us to have brunch or something the morning beforehand or whatnot so that we're not all meeting for the first time AT the ceremony!

Alright, well, our engagement party went down pretty frikkin well if I must say so myself! We got a bit spooked out the night before because of the fact that a crazy storm came through and we didn't get to set up all of the tents and tables like we had wanted to. We were in a bit of a panic mode, but we woke up the next morning to the sun shining and it was officially crunch time! The party wasn't until 4:00pm so we had plenty of time to get ready. But we kinda wanted to relax beforehand, oh well!!

Everything got done and set up without any problems! My cupcakes turned out terrifically! They were pretty delicious!! I wanted all of them! ha. Did NOT want to share. I made all of our floral arrangements and set up everything before my friend had showed up to do my hair! My MOH and one bridesmaid showed up early to help out and they both loved their shirts! Everybody did so they were a success!

The food all came out delicious! And everyone seemed to have fun.
I almost ruined my bride shirt within 5 minutes of getting a cup of Sangria, but we saved it! And from then on I had gotten myself a sippie cup!! ha. Gotta do what I can.

My dad also surprised us with amazing custom made signs! Which you will see in our decor pictures! I was so stoked! So without further adu, some eye candy! If you want to see more feel free to find me on facebook!
