They don’t usually take very small contracts as the closing costs can make it too expensive.

The buyer chooses the closing agent, so I'm pretty sure they'd choose themselves (as always) and save those costs That said, it still may not be worth the hassle for 25 points unless it's an unusually low price point.

When DVD buys, they do indeed become the closing agent.
