sorry it took so long to get an answer to you.

I was able to book Avis intermediate car from MCO to the Radisson for a base rate of $33.99 and used code J945605 to get rate of $42.16. We have car reserved from 930am to 5pm. Any chance we can extend that to Sat morn? Whats earliest time DH can drop DS and I at the port? Plane lands at 10am so we dont really need to have pickup at 930. Would it be easier for him to drop us than to take Radisson shuttle?
And if we checkin car at Avis Sat morn are we eligible to either take Radisson or Avis shuttle? Are they the same? or different shuttles?

On the way back to MCO from the Radisson we have base rate of $33.99 and code D002807 to get rate of $38.63. Would Avis have our name for return shuttle? How does that work?
Do these sound okay? Will I have a problem with the codes?
Thanks much

You can return your car anytime within 24 hours of when you pick it up without paying any extra fees. So if your plane lands at 10:00, you'll be picking up your bags between 10:20 and 10:30. You'll find the Avis desk by 10:40 and be served by 10:45. That would be the start of your 24-hour rental. And most rental car companies give you 25 hours before they start charging the daily rate again (although you could verify that with the Avis office at the Radisson... I'm sure they'd be happy to let you take your luggage over to the port in the morning before returning your car... more room in their van.)

Avis and the Radisson have different shuttles, but they're both 15-passenger vans with one of the seats removed (fewer passengers, more luggage). The Radisson requires reservations for their shuttle. Avis does not. But if you take the luggage over yourself and then return the car, it would be no problem for one person with no luggage to hop on either shuttle.

When you return, one person could take either shuttle back to the Radisson, or you could all pile on the Avis shuttle. They both make runs to the DCL terminal, so no reservations for the shuttle are necessary.

You should have no problems using those codes.
